How do I run a device cycle to cycle the water tanks?

When you see a blinking Green indicator light it is time to cycle your water and nutrients.

1. Verify that your Drain Tank is empty and in place.
2. Verify that your Fresh Water Tank is full.
3. Push the Indicator light for 1 seconds.  
4. This will start the cycle process and you will hear pumps running inside the machine.
5. You will know your cycle is running as the Indicator light will change from Green to solid Yellow. This indicates that the grow tank is draining out the old water, and new water is and nutrients are coming in.
6. If it blinks Blue, it means you need to add water to the Fresh Water Tank before continuing to cycle. 

The process will take ~40 minutes. You don't really need to do anything during this time. 

After the cycle is done, you should see a blinking Yellow indicator light which means that the Drain Tank has water and you need to get rid of it. If you'd like, you can use this water on other plants.

NOTE: You can always start a cycle by pressing the button for 1 second. We recommend just cycling the water once a week and the blinking Green indicator light is a reminder.
